Frontman Vince Neil's recovery from a stroke has left his Mötley Crüe bandmates amazed.
Bassist Nikki Sixx shared his shock over the singer's incredible journey in an interview with USA TODAY, saying he worked tirelessly to regain his strength.
"Despite undergoing a required medical procedure and later experiencing a stroke, Neil has made a remarkable recovery, according to Sixx.
The bassist confessed that he initially didn't know much about strokes and only learned more about the condition as it affected one of their own.
"Mötley Crüe will be embarking on The Return Of The Carnival Of Sins Tour this summer, celebrating two milestones: the 20th anniversary of the groundbreaking Carnival Of Sins tour and the band's 45th anniversary.
The tour will feature high-impact live shows with explosive production, unforgettable visuals, and a decades-spanning catalog.
"The run will bring Mötley Crüe's renowned live show to fans across the US and Canada from July 17 to September 26.
Produced by Live Nation, the tour will stop in 33 cities across North America and feature performances by very special guests Tesla and Extreme.
"When the Carnival Of Sins Tour first hit the road in 2005, it wasn't just a concert – it was a full-scale production that pushed the limits of live shows.
Two decades later, fans will have the chance to experience The Return Of The Carnival Of Sins as Mötley Crüe revisits one of the most memorable live tours of their storied career with a reimagined show and updated setlist.
"'Bringing back the spirit of Carnival Of Sins has been a blast,' Mötley Crüe stated in a joint statement.

Through their Mötley Crüe Giveback Initiative, $1 from every ticket will be donated to ASAP! (After School Arts Program), a cause close to the hearts of the band members.
