Swedish industrial metallers PAIN have confirmed a new release schedule following the launch of their single "I Don't Give A Fukk" in late August. The band will release a new single and accompanying video every two months, with the exception of December, which Peter Tägtgren stated is impossible due to scheduling conflicts. The plan includes five additional singles, all of which will feature guest musicians or co-written elements, with each song designed to sound distinct from the others.

The new releases will not be compiled into a full album at this time, though some tracks may later be included in a future PAIN studio release. The single "I Don't Give A Fukk" was co-written by Peter and Sebastian Tägtgren, the band's drummer, and reflects a growing creative partnership between the two. The track addresses themes of political theater, manipulation, and societal distrust, offering a blunt critique of modern misinformation and division.

PAIN's ninth studio album, "I Am", was released on May 17, 2024, through Nuclear Blast Records. The band continues to evolve its sound, blending industrial metal with electronic elements, heavy grooves, and accessible melodies. Sebastian Tägtgren has taken on a more prominent role in the band's creative process, co-writing and co-producing key tracks on the most recent album.

The upcoming singles mark a continuation of PAIN's long-standing commitment to musical experimentation and genre fluidity. The releases will follow a consistent two-month cycle, with no official tour or festival announcements at this time. All new songs will be released independently, with no specific release dates beyond the two-month intervals.
