The Rock For Ronnie Concert In The Park will take place on May 31 at the Autry Museum of the American West in Griffith Park.

This year's event will feature a full day of music with rocker Lita Ford and her band, popular tribute band Led Zepagain, the new Dio Disciples lineup with Oni Logan and Robin McAuley on vocals, southern rock band Jason Charles Miller, British hard rock band Legs Diamond, the all-female tribute to AC/DC Whole Lotta Rosies and Los Angeles-based up-and-comers Saints of Sinners.

Advance general admission tickets are still available for $35, while VIP seating has sold out.

The event benefits the Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund, a privately funded 501(c)(3) public charity founded in memory of the legendary singer who lost his life to gastric cancer in 2010.

This year's live auction will include three priceless guitars from three stellar artists: Geezer Butler of Black Sabbath, George Thorogood, and Lita Ford.

The funds raised will go towards supporting cancer research projects, including those focused on early detection through a simple saliva test developed by Dr.

David Wong and his team at the UCLA School of Dentistry.
