Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp has announced the lineup for 'Sounds Of Seattle: Vol.
2', a four-day immersive rock camp celebrating Seattle's influential alternative rock legacy.
The event, taking place from December 3 to 6, will feature participation by Jerry Cantrell of ALICE IN CHAINS, Kim Thayil of SOUNDGARDEN, and Dave Krusen formerly of PEARL JAM.
Campers will rehearse and perform alongside these artists in a hands-on environment.
The camp, celebrating its 30th anniversary, will culminate in live performances at the Central Saloon, the historic venue where NIRVANA, ALICE IN CHAINS, and SOUNDGARDEN once performed.
Each camper band will be mentored by a top touring musician, including Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal, Vinny Appice of BLACK SABBATH, Pete Thorn of SATCHVAI, and Britt Lightning of VIXEN, who also serves as the musical director at the camp.
Participants of all skill levels and ages are invited to join the experience, which combines rehearsals, masterclasses, and jam sessions.
The event offers aspiring musicians the opportunity to learn directly from artists who helped shape rock music.
Limited spots are available and registration is open at rockcamp.com.
The camp is part of a long-standing initiative that has produced alumni who have gone on to become professional musicians, entrepreneurs, and industry executives."
