Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash has confirmed that SLASH FEATURING MYLES KENNEDY & THE CONSPIRATORS will launch a full-scale world tour in 2027 to support the release of their fifth album.

The band’s new record, which is set for release in February 2027, was completed in November 2024 with recording sessions conducted in Los Angeles and Florida.

Drummer Brent Fitz stated that the band worked intensively in the studio after Slash completed a blues-focused tour and album, emphasizing his exceptional work ethic.

Slash revealed in multiple interviews that the album was recorded entirely in the studio with minimal post-production, and that all songwriting was completed before the band’s last solo tour.

Myles Kennedy, the band’s frontman and Alter Bridge’s lead vocalist, confirmed that the recording process was finished in August 2025, with the exception of one song, which will be completed prior to the release.

Kennedy described the musical direction as 'riff-based rock 'n' roll with a heavy dose of the blues element that Slash brings,' highlighting the band’s consistent sound.

The new album will follow the band’s 2024 'The River Is Rising – Rest Of The World Tour,' which kicked off in Mexico City on January 23, 2024, and included a live debut of a GUNS N' ROSES track, 'Don't Damn Me,' featuring Kerns on lead vocals.

The group previously toured the U.S.

in February and March 2022.

Their latest album, '4,' was released in February 2022 via Gibson Records and was recorded at historic RCA Studio A with producer Dave Cobb.

Slash also confirmed that the band will tour globally in 2027, with a full world tour planned to begin shortly after the album’s release.

He added that the tour window was chosen specifically to ensure the band could deliver a full-scale global experience, noting, 'I didn't wanna release it until I was able to do that, and 2027 is the right time.' The band will perform at the 'S.E.R.P.E.N.T.' festival across the U.S.

in summer 2024, where they featured a lineup including Johnny Griparic, Teddy 'ZigZag' Andreadis, Michael Jerome, and Tash Neal."
