Los Angeles' STITCHED UP HEART have been rocking it since 2010, but their sound remains a unique blend of heavy riffs and melodic hooks.

Vocalist Alecia 'Mixi' Demner leads the band through a decade-long journey, and even though they can be compared to similar groups like IN THIS MOMENT, LACUNA COIL, or BUTCHER BABIES, STITCHED UP HEART has carved out their own identity.

Their latest album, "Medusa", features Mixi switching between clean vocals and guttural growls.

The album is packed with radio-friendly hard rock tunes that are sure to resonate with fans.

"Medusa" kicks off with the strong contender for a future radio single, "Love & Death".

This track showcases Mixi's pure vocal side and her ability to switch to heavy growls.

Other standouts include "Beast", featuring NONPOINT's Elias Soriano, which combines catchy beats with heavy guitars; and "Cannibal", featuring BUTCHER BABIES' Heidi Shepherd, which crashes into a full-throttle metal anthem.

Songs like "Sick Sick Sick" and "Beast" hit hard with their push-pull between clean singing and screaming.

The album closes out with the heavy and relentless "Ex-termination".

The death metal growls take everything into darker territory before ending abruptly.

STITCHED UP HEART showcases their growth and confidence on "Medusa", making it a delight to see them evolve.
