Theory Of A Deadman has announced the release of a new EP titled "Part 1: Funeral Songs", set for September 4, 2026 via ONErpm.
The Canadian rock band also confirmed "The Dead / Seven Tour", which will begin on August 7 in Duluth, Minnesota and conclude on September 29 in Bozeman, Montana.
The tour will include stops in Fargo, North Dakota on August 11, Detroit, Michigan on August 23, Atlanta, Georgia on September 5, Corpus Christi, Texas on September 12, and Riverside, California on September 20.
The band will perform alongside SEVENDUST.
The announcement follows a recent discussion about the band's name evolution, which began when the label suggested shortening the name from Theory Of A Deadman to Theory for easier recognition.
The band ultimately adopted the abbreviated name, which has since gained widespread traction online.
The release of "Part 1: Funeral Songs" marks a new chapter in the band's ongoing legacy, which includes multi-platinum hits such as "All Or Nothing", "Hate My Life", and "Bitch Came Back", as well as four No.
1 singles on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart.
The EP adds to the band's history of chart-topping success, including two Top 10 debuts on the Billboard 200 and multiple Juno Award nominations.
The tour announcement underscores the band's continued presence in the modern rock scene, solidifying their status as one of the genre's most enduring acts."
