Canadian rockers THREE DAYS GRACE have released the Matt Barnes-directed music video for “Don't Wanna Go Home Tonight,” the latest single from their most recent album, “Alienation.” This marks the band's first full show with original frontman Adam Gontier in 12 years.
The new lineup features Gontier joining Matt Walst on vocals along with Neil Sanderson (drums), Brad Walst (bass) and Barry Stock (guitars).
The twelve tracks on “Alienation” explore themes of isolation, anxiety, addiction and heartbreak.
In an interview with Metal Talk, Matt discussed the band's new two-singer arrangement: “It just brings me back to when I was younger and didn’t have so much worry or responsibility,” he said.
Adam reflected on his return to the band in a conversation with Nik Nocturnal, stating it feels like “a new life to breathe into THREE DAYS GRACE.” The band first performed live again on February 25, 2025 supporting DISTURBED on their U.S.
leg of the “Sickness 25th Anniversary Tour” at Ford Idaho Center Arena in Nampa, Idaho.
