Canadian arena-rock metal outfit Thunderor is set to take the stage at the Bovine Sex Club in Toronto as part of the Rock & Metal Alliance showcases on June 13.

This performance marks a significant highlight in the band's 2026 tour schedule, coming off the heels of their latest album Bleed For It receiving widespread recognition and accolades.

The appearance at NXNE follows Thunderor's recent Eastern Canadian tour supporting Burning Witches and their nomination for Loud Release of the Year at the 38th East Coast Music Awards.

The nomination is a testament to the band's growing impact and the emotional resonance of their newest material.

Their upcoming performance at NXNE only amplifies the band's momentum behind Bleed For It, which serves as the official soundtrack to Thunderor The Musical that premiered at the Toronto Fringe Festival in 2025.

The album is a sonic representation of the band's arena-rock-opera identity, featuring anthemic and emotional tracks such as "Cape Breton Home" and "Streets Of Fire." According to drummer and vocalist JJ Tartaglia, the album pushes deeper into Thunderor's musical style, with improved vocals and matured songwriting.

The tracklist mirrors the musical's dramatic arc, making for a compelling live experience.

Thunderor cites influences such as Meat Loaf, Van Halen, Night Flight Orchestra, Skull Fist, Ghost, and The Darkness in their sound, which is built for escape, drama, and big-stage energy.
