Danish extreme metal band Konvent has announced their third full-length album, Firesky, set for release on November 6 via Napalm Records. The album marks a significant evolution in the band's sound, with expanded experimentation in black metal and a stronger lyrical focus on political issues, particularly regarding gender and LGBTQ rights. The first track, 'Exorcise', is released alongside the album announcement and serves as a mission statement, blending slow, brutal doom metal with explosive crescendos.
