SPIRITBOX has surprise-released a new single titled "Mourning". The official music video, directed by guitarist Mike Stringer and Alex Bemis, is now available. The track was co-produced by Stringer and Dan Braunstein, a longtime collaborator who has previously worked with DAYSEEKER and FIT FOR A KING. The release comes just one week before the launch of SPIRITBOX's European headlining tour, which begins on September 12 in Glasgow, United Kingdom and concludes on October 9 in Paris, France.

The tour features JINJER and DYING WISH as supporting acts. Later this fall, SPIRITBOX will support METALLICA at an intimate show at Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut on November 21, followed by three Australian dates as part of the Good Things festival from December 4 to 6. The band's sound is defined by big riffs, explosive dynamics, and pulsating rhythms, anchored by the vocal power of Courtney LaPlante, with Mike Stringer on guitar, Zev Rose on drums, and Josh Gilbert on bass. Their crossover vision was demonstrated through a bold collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion, which challenged expectations and expanded the boundaries of heavy music.

LaPlante's performance brings emotional depth to the band's themes, including mental health, identity, loss, and resilience. K. Top 20, with "Tsunami Sea" reaching No. 1 on Billboard's Top Hard Rock Albums.

The album debuted at No. K. Independent Albums chart and achieved top 10 placements in Germany, Scotland, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Finland, Belgium, Japan, and the Netherlands.
