Carla Harvey, vocalist and founder of The Violent Hour formerly of Butcher Babies, has released an official music video for the band's new single "Screenager.", The video marks the first official release from the band's upcoming full-length album, which is set to follow their debut EP, self-titled, released in November 2025.

"Screenager" is the latest in a series of music videos for The Violent Hour's debut EP, which previously featured videos for "Sick Ones" and "Hell Or Hollywood.", Harvey wrote the video treatment and personally scouted locations including Circus Liquor and L.A.'s Mustang Motel. The video features a red convertible and was directed by Nathan Mowery, a filmmaker and wrestler known for his dynamic visual style.

Harvey described the video as a "Russ Meyer-esque fever dream" that transforms a simple road trip into a high-energy, chaotic experience. The shoot, which took place during a full day of filming, brought the band members closer together, with all members expressing that the experience felt like hanging out with friends rather than working.

Bassist Jewel Steele recalled enjoying the ride in a 63' Ford Falcon Futura while the band performed live. The video captures a gritty, sexy, and unhinged tone that mirrors the energy of the song and the band's overall aesthetic.
