Swedish traditional metallers WOLF have announced the release of their tenth studio album, 'Hour Of The Wolf', set for November 20, 2026 via Fireflash Records.

The album's first single, 'Death Satellite', will be released on August 21.

The track features classic WOLF elements and is described as a direct continuation of the band's signature sound.

WOLF's ninth album, 'Shadowland', was released in April 2022 through Century Media Records.

The band's early influences include IRON MAIDEN, JUDAS PRIEST, and ACCEPT, with vocalist Niklas Stålvind stating that their ambition has always been to produce top-quality songs.

Formed in 1995, WOLF emerged during a time when classic heavy metal was dismissed in Sweden as a joke, leading the band to develop a strong 'us-against-the-world' ethos rooted in dedication to songwriting.

The band confirms that the new album explores the boundaries of their musical universe while maintaining their core identity.

The music video for 'Death Satellite' will be directed by Cannes Film Festival award winner Snovonne 'Sno' Drake, who will also direct another video for the album.
